Privacy Policy

  DriveEU does not require registration and does not collect your name, email, or any account credentials.
  A random device identifier is used only for anonymous analytics and offline progress tracking.
  Your study progress is stored locally on your device.

1. Who We Are

DriveEU ("we", "us", "our") is developed and operated by Dmytro [Last Name], registered as an Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП) under Ukrainian law.

This Privacy Policy applies to the DriveEU CZ mobile application for iOS ("App") and the supporting API at dimariouz.top.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifiers unless you explicitly include them in a bug report.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data under the following legal bases:

Legitimate interest — anonymous analytics and crash reporting to maintain a working app.
Contract performance — processing purchase status to deliver features you paid for.
Consent — advertising identifiers are used only after you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and the Google UMP consent dialog.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob Used to display banner and interstitial ads in the free tier. Google may collect advertising data. Google Privacy Policy · Opt-out of personalised ads

Firebase Analytics Collects anonymised usage events (screens visited, features used, crash logs). Data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. Firebase Privacy

Apple StoreKit 2 In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a transaction result (success/failure) — no payment card details. Apple Privacy Policy

5. Advertising & Consent (GDPR / ATT)

On first launch we show a GDPR consent dialog (Google UMP) and, separately, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown and no advertising identifier is processed. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Users who purchase the Remove Ads product (com.driveeu.cz.noads) will not see any ads. No advertising identifier is collected for those users.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Data is shared only with the third-party SDKs described in Section 4, solely to operate their stated functions. We do not share data with advertisers directly.

7. Data Retention

On-device data (progress, settings) — stored until you delete the App.
Firebase Analytics data — aggregated and retained for 14 months per Google's default policy.
Feedback / bug report submissions — deleted from our servers within 90 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Restriction — ask us to limit processing.
Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent — at any time, via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Because we do not collect identifiable data, most requests can be fulfilled by simply deleting the App. For other requests, contact us at dimariouz@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Security

Purchase status and device identifiers are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted by the operating system. API connections use HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
